New house from First Home Buyers Direct – The workmanship has a few flaws but can be rectified in the first 6 months with items in the turnover checklist. Overall, I am happy with the build of our house everything that was promised was delivered on time. As for customer service and support, FHBD is on top of their game. I would like to mention my agents Danny Kumar, then Vikas Goyal. Vikas made it possible for us to get our loan approved and he followed through all the way. He really made the process easier for us.

Hassle Free Build and Very Supportive – We built our very first house with FHBD. It’s been approximately 2.5 years now since we got our keys. The support we received during the build did not vanish after key handover; maintenance till now has been stress-free. Mr. Vikas Goyal has been a great support. He managed our finances plus the house plan and just recently got our mortgage refinanced at a very competitive rate. Ms. Alana S took care of the admin work and was a delight to work with. Service at its best – Massive thanks to Vikas Goyal who was able to bring my vision to life. Vikas is highly knowledgeable, efficient and a reliable Sales Rep of FHBD. I learnt from my experience that it’s not only the company we build with—it’s also the Sales Rep we decide to go ahead with.
